Future Leaders Program
Build the skills and confidence to take the next step in your leadership journey. WACA’s Future Leaders Program combines practical instruction, interactive learning, and peer collaboration to help emerging construction industry leaders strengthen their impact.

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately, including action plans, quick-reference guides, and construction-specific frameworks.

2027 Program Schedule
WACA will offer two six-week programs, held in person at the WACA Training Center in Pleasanton. Choose the session that works best for your schedule:
  • Spring Program: April 15–May 20, 2027
  • Fall Program: September 16–October 21, 2027
Sessions meet Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
